[Event] Molten Artifacts
Once Molten was the most powerful and oldest empire in the known universe. But after the Borg war Molten was reduced to nothing but its home planet. We have left artifacts on planets and the locations of these are unknown. However other empires can claim and research these as well.
- Artifacts:
- Heavy Artifacts -
1. Hypernova device - Supernovas the star in the system, wiping out everything in a radius that is the cube of the star's radius.
15 days to research, 5 moves to active(12 hours)
2. Derelict Fleet - A fleet that never got used by the race that built it, one kerb's trash is another kerb's treasure
500 points to activate, provides 3 random ship artifacts
3. Planetary Aegis - Protects the planet from all attacks for a period defined by user, and in this period no ships can orbit the planet, and any in orbit are vaporized.
4 days to research, 10 points per move activated, 1 move to activate(2.4 hours)
4. Koli Cannon - A planet to planet cannon that uses the 11th demension to transport a planet destroying bomb
10 days to research,
5. Einstein-Rosen Bridge - Can instantly teleport any one ship or ground unit to a planet in line of sight(Half of the map that moves around during the day)
5 days to research, 50 points per ship teleported, 1 point per ground unit teleported, 1 move activation(2.4 hours)(Does not require reactivation, but if not shut down the recieving end can come back through it)
6. Damaged warp engine - Contains a random warp level that you can research
Days to research is the square of the warp increase it grants you, cost is 1/8 the amount it would have taken to research
7. Zendic Reactor - Turns the snowball/glaciated planet it is placed on into a Terran
5 days to research, 200 points to use(1 use)
8. Dimensional Drive - Unpractical to research and activate, but can be placed on any one ship to give it instantaneous travel(Has to be charged for 2 moves)
60 days to research, when researched dimensional travel 11 is instantly researched, 100 points to put on a ship
9. Quonos Cannon - Ground to space cannon capable of instantly destroying any ship in the system
3 days to research, 20 points per shot, cannot destroy anything larger than a battleship
10. Planetary Resource Dump - An entire planet dedicated to be a "waste" dump, you can harvest this for points
Mined at end of week, 2000 point boost to income
Light Artifacts -
1. City resource Dump - A city on a planet dedicated to be a "waste" dump, you can mine this for points
Mined at end of week, 100 point boost to income
2. Planet Self-Destruct - Destroys the planet it is placed on
1 day activation, automatic, can be moved but if it cannot be moved in time the fleet carrying it is destroyed
3. Planet Defense System - A planet has a pre-built laser defense system placed on it, defending it against ground attacks
1 day activation, automatic, 200 points to input your race as allies
4. Robotic Enhacement System - Robotically enhances men
20 light infantry or 4 infantry become robotic heavy infantry, 50 point activation
5. Drugged atmosphere - Makes your people exceedingly happy, allowing you to work them and tax them more
1.5x income boost from planet
6. Light terraformer - Terraforms the planet up to 5 levels above its current level(Must be logical)
50 points to activate
7. Mercenary Pilots - Gives you a free squadron of fighters for you to put into combat
20 point payment per battle they fight in
8. Super-bioweapon - The atmosphere contains an airborne virus, capable of wiping out an entire planet
1 day activation, wipes out colony unless taken off in 100 points of ship(5 BoPs, 4 frigates, etc.)
9. Star chart fragment - Reveals a random system fully to the user. Can be an already discovered system.
1 day to research, instant activation
10. Remnant Colony - Surviving members of a wiped out race, that have already established a warp-level colony
2 possibilities, 1. Have to be invaded, but otherwise free colonization cost, 2. Totally free colonization
Ship artifacts
1. Ranger Class Battleship - A old destroyed battleship that still has considerable firepower.
300 points to reactivate
2. The Munolith - Indescribable power in a sentient rectangle. Has several death lasers.
700 points to reactivate
3. Talon Shieldship - A massive Aegis shieldship
700 points to reactivate
4. Tourpentine - An agressive AI ship that launches fighters to attack whoever disturbs its slumber.
500 points to reactivate
5. The Armoury - A giant space station containing heavy mechs and shock trooper armor.
6. Lifeship - A massive ship that can create a Gaia planet anywhere you choose, it just has to be in that location for one week.
2000 points to reactivate
7. Droneship - launches heavy dementers.
500 points to reactivate
8. Harbinger Class Lander - 20 Heavy mechs and 100 Heavy Soldiers in this ship. One time usage.
500 points to reactivate
9. Harbinger Class Battleship - A half destroyed battleship with heavy beamers.
150 points to reactivate, 100 points to repair
10. Harbinger Class StarStation - A massive space battlestation. Stationary but brings in 200 Points per week.
700 points to reactivate

The Solaulieas Empire will be searching for these relics on all control worlds. The military and government run corporations will send out trams to explore. The empire will have a reward in place for none government groups that fine and being any worth while relic(s).
