You get them every week based on planet count, but we'll set up a more organized system when full RP starts, that's what the economy forum is about, and that's why we didn't allow you posting anything in their besides the organized system we'll have.

You don't need to buy weapons. The available shipbuilder points means how many weapons you can put on a ship. You start with 1 fortress on your homeworld.

Ok. Thank god. Same with the ground forced. Need to buy like ships. No starting armies. If so, I need to start filling up my divisions
