There is plenty of opportunity for R&D or Events to happen. I might change the time if practice RP turns out to be too slow.

It turns out that the forum detects local time automatically, so there isn't actually such a thing as 'forum time'. What time should we base the weeks around? (i.e EDT, UCT, GMT, whatever.)
